In performing such checks, your information may be disclosed to credit reference agencies such as Experian who keep a record of that information, but these are not credit checks and your credit rating will not be affected. We may contact you by e-mail, phone, text, or SMS in relation to managing your account or the performance of our contract with you including:

  • delivery fulfilment, where we need further information from you;

  • to give you updates in relation to your account, order or delivery;

  • if you haven’t used your account, or your rewards for life within a period of 12 months, to give you the opportunity to keep your account or rewards for life active, at this time we will we will remind you of the great benefits you may be missing out on.
